KOREAN GINSENG (Panax ginseng)

Contains: ginsenosides (group of compounds with antioxidant action), triterpenoid saponins, B-complex vitamins. Acts on the whole body, enhancing its action directly and over time. Improves memory and concentration, as well as sports performance and fitness.

SIBERIAN GINSENG (Eleutherococcus senticosus)

Increases the capability of the body to cope with the most strenuous situations of anxiety. Effectively stimulates the bile’s function, helping the body to recover from physical and mental fatigue, resulting in excellent performance during study, intensive work or sports.

VITAMIN C

Vitamin C has an antioxidant action, protecting the cells against the creation of harmful free radicals.

L-CARNITINE

Plays a significant role in the metabolism of fatty acids. Essential for the transfer of fatty acids to the mitochondria for beta-oxidation. Serves the proper functioning of the muscles.

CREATINE

Creatine is an amino-acid that is found in the skeletal muscles, the heart, the brain, the testicles and other tissues of the human body. It binds to phosphorus (Ρ), forming phosphocreatine (PCr), a substance of high importance for the production of energy. By donating the phosphate group contained in its molecular structure, PCr contributes to the regeneration of ATP, the “unit of currency” of all cells, extending the time over which the muscle is able to produce work. Additional administration of creatine increases the concentration of PCr in the muscle by 6-16%, leading to increased resynthesis of ATP and allowing increased production of work, thereby enhancing athletic performance.

GUARANA

Contains large amounts of tannin and caffeine. Tannin causes the secretion of adrenaline, which increases the absorption of calories and helps to relieve anxiety. Compared to coffee, which acts immediately and to its maximum effect, guarana has a milder and long-term action, because the caffeine is released gradually. Guarana stimulates the functions of the brain, promoting mental and cardiac functions, without causing insomnia or excitation of the body.

COLA

Cola seeds have a tonic effect due to their content in caffeine, which increases the resistance to physical and mental fatigue by stimulating the central nervous system.

VITAMIN E

Vitamin E has an excellent antioxidant action. It protects the cell membranes from the harmful action of free radicals. Vitamin E is also called the “fertility vitamin”. Its use is very important during pregnancy, for the proper growth of the embryo.
