INSOMNIA

In normal conditions, sleep is regulated based on our biological clock and environmental conditions by the secretion of the hormone melatonin from the pineal gland of the human brain.

Correct and refreshing sleep requires the existence of suitable conditions (correct room, correct bed, comfort of time, peace of mind, quiet environment), but also the correct training of the person to “enter” sleep.

• Don’t go to bed before you feel sleepy.

• Don’t go to bed hungry.

Melatonin, also known as the “hormone of the night”, is a hormone produced by the pineal gland of the brain and acts as the body’s biological clock.
