The present website www.karabinismedical.gr is a property of ΚΑRABINIS MEDICAL SA, a manufacturing, import – export and trading company of medical consumable equipment, food supplements natural cosmetics and diagnostic medical devices with continuous presence in the Greek Health Market since 1967. The Company is headquartered in Peania Attikis ( 151 Lavriou Av. 19002 Peania Attikis) and its business is also present in the international health markets.
KARABINIS MEDICAL respects your concerns about the privacy of the personal information you provide to us. We also believe it is important to inform you about how we will use your personal data.
Scope of this Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice applies to all personal data provided by you either at the time of visiting our Company’s website or when you communicate with our company in any way (such as emails, fax or submitting or sending any kind of document to our Company’s offices), as well as to any additional data provided by you and obtained by third parties, natural or legal entities, other companies and other sources.. In the event that the legal basis for processing your data is your express consent, KARABINIS MEDICAL S.A. will provide you with special and separate notice before you give your express consent for a specific processing purpose. KARABINIS MEDICAL S.A. is going to process these data solely for processing your request or for fulfilling the terms and obligations deriving from any contractual agreement with you or for purposes of commercial transactions and for sending newsletters you asked for. KARABINIS MEDICAL will not transfer your personal data to third parties, natural or legal entities, except for the employees and colleagues of the Company and only for processing your personal data. KARABINIS MEDICAL will not transfer your personal data to other countries outside Greece, either inside or outside the borders of the EU, without prior notification and your written consent for this transferring and its special terms.

Τα προσωπικά σας δεδομένα θα χρησιμοποιούνται αποκλειστικά για τον σκοπό της εκτέλεσης εμπορικής συναλλαγής, εκπλήρωσης συμβατικής υποχρέωσης ή αιτήματός σας και ενημέρωσης για την προσφορά νέων προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών της Εταιρίας μας. Δεσμευόμαστε και επιβεβαιώνουμε ότι τα προσωπικά σας δεδομένα δεν θα κοινοποιηθούν ή αποκαλυφθούν σε τρίτα πρόσωπα για άλλους μη σχετικούς και συναφείς προς τους ανωτέρω σκοπούς.
Τα προσωπικά δεδομένα που αναφέρονται ανωτέρω αποθηκεύονται στις βάσεις δεδομένων της ΚΑΡΑΜΠΙΝΗΣ MEDICAL και τηρούνται για πέντε (5) έτη εκτός εάν κανονιστική ή άλλη διάταξη νόμου μας υποχρεώνει να διατηρούμε τα δεδομένα αυτά για μεγαλύτερο χρονικό διάστημα .
Who has access to your data?
Only the competent employees of KARABINIS MEDICAL will access your personal information. Your personal data will be used solely for the purpose of the executing commercial transactions, fulfilment of contractual obligation and notifying about new products and services offered by our Company. We are bound and we confirm that your personal data will not be published or disclosed to third parties for other unrelated purposes.
The above mentioned personal data are saved in KARABINIS MEDICAL’s databases and kept for five (5) years, unless the law obliges us to keep these data for a longer period of time
Data access, correction or removal
You can claim your legal rights at any time for requesting access to your personal data kept by KARABINIS MEDICAL S.A., to ask for correction, removal as well as transferring to another Provider. If you wish to have a copy of your data or if you did not receive a recruitment offer and you wish to remove your data from the database for any reason, you can do so by contacting dataprotection@karabinismedical.gr. or by letter to the address of our Company 151 Lavriou Street 19002 Peania. It is pointed out that the Company in any case , has the right to partially or fully refuse to satisfy your request for restriction of processing or deletion of your data, if the processing or the observance of the personal data concerning you is necessary for the establishment, exercise or support of its legal rights or the fulfillment of its legal obligations.
The Company must respond to your request within one month of receiving it. The aforementioned deadline may be extended by two more months, if required at the discretion of the Company taking into account the complexity of the request and the number of requests and in this case the Company will inform you within one month of receipt of said extension , as well as the reasons for the delay.
If the Company does not act on your request when exercising the above rights or after its response you consider that your above mentioned rights are being violated, you have the option of submitting a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority, 1-3 Kifisias Av. , 115 23, Athens, https://www.dpa.gr/, tel. 2106475600.
How long will KARABINIS MEDICAL retain and process your personal data?
Your personal data which are provided to KARABINIS MEDICAL either directly by you or are collected and saved in our Company’s databases by third sources, are collected and retained by our Company for a period of five (5) years, provided that there is no legal obligation for retaining these data for a longer period of time. The personal data you provide in any way are saved to our Company’s Server (on a “Server” of KARAMPINIS MEDICAL S.A. or the Microsoft Office 365 mail system).
