Skin irritations

• The skin is the mirror of our body’s health. Take care of your health every day. Adopt a balanced diet, quit smoking, reduce daily stress and start exercising. Make sure you stay well hydrated by consuming plenty of water and natural juices.

• Avoid exposure to any substance or object that has caused skin irritation in the past.

• If you need to come into contact with an irritating substance, wear gloves.

• Moisturize your skin daily with special moisturizing ointments (rich in vitamin E and aloe).

• Use moisturizing creams immediately after you bathe and several times during the day after washing your hands.

• Your daily bath should not be done with lukewarm water and should not last more than 10 minutes.

• If you have developed dermatitis, contact your dermatologist to perform the special skin tests, so that what is bothering you can be detected.

• Protect your skin from the harmful effects of the sun by always wearing sunscreen with the appropriate protection index, even on cloudy days.
